BOOTY BOUNCE

This is the original barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body fast! The class is performed to great music focusing on the major muscle groups. Approximately 800 reps are performed in an hour!

This class is an introduction to Vinyasa yoga. The class combines breath with movement while encouraging strength and flexibility. It incorporates fundamental yoga postures and sun salutations at a steady pace. This class is suitable for all levels.
